  In this public register you can find all the registered Certificate Authorities that comply to the legal requirements.
• Register of certificates based on the TTP.nl scheme. 
  The (dutch) document shows that DigiNotar meets the ETSI TS 101 456 standard for providers of qualified certificates. The scheme is owned by the dutch ECP.nl and is used by certifying institutions like BSI Management Systems and Pricewaterhouse Coopers to grant certificates to certificate service providers.
